Uh, he's not president yet, so he doesn't have access to the President's aircraft.
The tweet specifies it is standard for a president-elect.
I could be wrong, but I was sure I read that Trump was going to use it right up until the last minute to head back down here to sunny Florida.
When Trump left NYC for his inauguration in 2017, he flew on a US military jet (similar to the smaller planes he used at times for some of his rallies last year). He did not fly on the 747 that most people think of when AF1 is discussed. Biden likely would have been on the same kind of plane Trump used in 2017, and not the 747 Trump will use tomorrow.
