If Biden isn't pretending to be mentally impaired, (or he is a lookalike who still has enough mental ability to understand the stakes) if I were him I'd do an emergency broadcast confessing that they stole the election and now they are gonna bump him off to install Harris and blame Trump supporters for it.

Get witness protection from the military.
