He never mentioned the 'Biden administration' once. And he ended his speech with "the best is yet to come". I see nothing definitive in what he said that tells me it's over. What I don't understand is when he said he's passing power to a new administration. I'm not sure what that means. We will hopefully find out tomorrow. I was also thinking that I'm glad that we really have no idea what's going to happen tomorrow. That means the Deep State doesn't either. If the plan was common knowledge, then it would have to be aborted. I still have faith and anxiously await what comes next.
