I don't see that what is coming is going to be Constitutional. The military is not stepping in on Trump's call - he has no Constitutional authority to do that. The military will be stepping in under their own authority and then they would put in place whoever they want to run things.

I think Trump will not be a part of that. His involvement would only provide fuel to the 'Trump is a dictator' howls that will likely occur and make it that much harder for the military to restore order.
