The thing that's bothering me right now is whose side they're on. Are the troops for America/Trump or are they for the Swamp/Cabal? It's hard to tell.

They are loyal to orders and orders alone. They currently follow the orders of DJT. Individual loyalty is meaningless right now, the group is loyal to those giving the orders. That would be Trump and Trump loyalists.

Well, given that the whole swamp took oaths to defend the Constitution, what SHOULD be isn't always what IS. But yes, rank and file are majorly pro Constitution, tho there are some scurvy gnats in there.
