The only way that's possible is if potus is no longer in office. Tomorrow we hit DEFCON 1.

RED 1 is different from DEFCON 1. The prevailing theory (to my knowledge) is that the RED 1 - 6 were redlines for a military operations plan. We may not even hit RED 2 in it's fullest, but let's not confuse this with DEFCON. Those are 2 different things.
