Not only that but it also appears as though he's being escorted from the moment he gets off the plane. You have to skip around because the video is still running live and is around 2 hours now, and Biden starts talking around an hour and a half into it. Also something I found odd which would correlate with them being escorted is when they depart, Jill Biden waves to some people, but there are no spectators, its more like she is waving goodbye to the people that came there with them.
