A lot look like cargo ships...but probably keeping them out of port for Club-K container missile system risk...cruise missile system that fits in standard shipping container and can be satellite launched

Pede who deals with import shipping here... There is a massive backup of container ships here right now. IDK what all is causing it, but I know it's damn near impossible to get container space in incoming vessels right now. I have a container that's been waiting since October for a slot.
