This is a pretty basic issue. Trump will not be a private citizen and he will be in control of the military.
There is only civilian control of the military. You don't understand the basics of the Constitution.
Even if for some reason, Trump was not recognized as president, and Joe were not president, then there would be a line of succession as defined in the amendments to the constitution.
There is ALWAYS a president one way or the other and there is never military control except in the case of a military coup which would be fundamentally against the oath the military swears to the Constitution.
Structurally what you describe cannot happen under the Constitution.
Exactly. Besides, if what I read on another post is correct, he couldn't go after anyone directly because Obama used an executive order to pardon them of their crimes. President Trump and his allies had to gather evidence of new crimes.
I think with the false flag incident from the 6th, the media made it next to impossible for Trump himself to do anything like that anyway. It would just further fuel their narrative. It seems to me like they had to pivot and make it entirely a military operation instead of a presidential one as far as declass, targeting individuals, exposing corruption. It would just make him look vindictive in the eyes of "normies". Hopefully tomorrow we get to see the military step up and do their thing.
