The Swamp, after receiving MASSIVE foreign donations (illegally laundered through various international "non-profit" orgs ie. Clinton Foundation, McCain Institute) funnels dark money into corrupt states to then set up these IaaS voting machines. The data (election and voter data) is then secretly funnelled into international servers through the cloud where it is analyzed, altered, and then transferred back. Think about how I can make a google doc, upload it to the cloud and give you permission to access it, you can then log into the same google doc from anywhere in the world and make alterations.

Long story short, to answer your question: ALL United States IaaS providers must now comply with section 1 of this newly issued EO, and get fucked by the swinging dick of national security.
