that verse is against blind faith, Jesus is telling his followers that people who have believed God's witnesses is more blessed than those who believed after having seen Jesus himself, read the context

being judgemental is your definition of sin, God's definition of sin is unrighteous judgment

you'd know these things if you read the bible carefully
