Bards FM. CASTLE LOCK?

Was just listening to Bards about Military taking over Foreign Country, i.e., Capitol. He said numerous times that “Castle LOCK” (not Rock) means people will be “locked” inside where Inauguration is being held as that area will be “Foreign Country”. Is he mistaken or what? Thought last drop said CASTLE ROCK? Just misspeak?

Biden will be President of DC. While trump will be the President of the US Republic.
