I racked my brain trying to figure out what he was trying tell us with this as it seemed random but I think he’s trying to hint that things might go down when Trump boards AF1. Thoughts?

The reason Biden couldn't use a Presidential jet, is because there are only two and both are busy.

One of them is (or, will be soon) sitting on the Tarmac @ Andrews, for the President's scheduled flight to Florida.

The other, is already airborne with the President on board. It will not be returning to Andrews any time soon.
