No, Trump gave his farewell address in front of the USA Inc. flag - because it is the end of USA Inc.
His next address will be in front of Old Glory with the restoration of the American Republic.
It’s not indicating martial law. It’s indicating admiralty law - which is the actual law governing the USA corporation.
When we overtly return back into a Republic, the gold fringe will go away.
Actually there’s nothing formal about the flag with tassels. Seems it’s up to interpretation what it stands for. To some in the military though, the fringe is significant. He could have used any flag; I just saw it as a nod to the military. No coincidences!
It says admiralty law, which is the DC law so my guess is it would always be this flag in DC
