I did not realize the Owl that was in DC the Capital Grounds until the "When Does a Bird Sing" post the other night, but I kept getting the creepiest thought afterwards. " What does an Owl Sing? " Hoo, Hoo, WHO,WHO, WHO has spearheaded the whole world being locked down?. I welcome any comments.
