Agree, I went from ice cream or cereal every night, to avoiding everything milk related. Really sucks. Tried every pill or lactose free milk around. Just not the same, and don't get me started on almond milk!!!

I've made homemade ice cream with vegan alternatives to accommodate allergies.

The best mix I found was the high fat coconut milk along with avocado. Very smooth and creamy.
