I think so. And I think he worked his ass off for two months, and got the COVID. I think he’s been perplexed as to why a Trump seemed to not want to declassify things aggressively (some comment he made in passing on Bannon’s Warroom).

So I never know if he’s just out of the loop with Q or if Trump lost his fighting spirit.

I suppose it's quite possible that he's running the legal side while insulated from the military side.
