I read about how we are about to get rid of USA. Inc. and restore the United States to its original form pretty soon. Aside from Trump being the 19th President and we're debt free through NESARA/GESARA, I still don't quite fully understand what else will be rid of by dismantling the 1871 Act. I know about getting rid of IRS because that's what NESARA says. What about the stuff that Congress passed after 1871? Social Security/Medicare? Any help is much appreciated.

Yeah I'd imagine much of that is exactly why a lot of this won't be over today. It would be incredible if we could manage to see at least the beginning of the justice to be had, I'm sure the collective anxiety is effecting the global stock markets at this point haha
But I've heard a bit here and there about how much of that type of logistical aspect of the existing legislation etc has already been managed to a degree, if I understand correctly this wasn't exactly Trump's plan - he was an important part of it.
The people behind the scenes that have likely been putting this together for a very long time likely have plans for all of that.
And if they don't then it's likely that will probably be one of the first things we tackle as a free republic.
