Just people going to work. An event like inauguration requires immense planning and preparation and tons of people working all night.
Yeah but it's a virtual inauguration this year.
It’s not though. Why else build that massive viewing platform? There are going to be many people there even if that many isn’t the same number of people who where there in prior years.
Still requires the same prep because of the "vip" people there. They're still doing it outside
