Because we will be the ones having the LAST LAUGH when the whole of DC is declared a foreign enemy as we reclaim our sovereignty under the ORIGINAL Constitution pre Act of 1871 and the illegal CORPORATION OF THE US is officially ENDED.

Once POTUS leaves the WH the fence becomes the new border and all those troops will be acting as BORDER CONTROL to keep the swamp contained inside during tribunals.
