Will it be a big announcement or video of arrests? How will it be communicated when everything happens? Could arrests already have taken place and imposters posting on their Twitter accts?

Seems like there will be EBS takeover if it happens. But clearly only the military can do anything right now. Inauguration was not a Q deadline.
