When all facts in evidence point to an outcome not realized, the facts in evidence were misinterpreted and outcome realized was actually the desired one.
Not desired. Just not understood. If anyone believed the plan was as laid out by random people on the internet trying to make spurious connections and calling it evidence... better to be skeptical.
