Discordians have been doing this same thing with the number 23 for decades. It's absolutely everywhere if you're looking for it. To the point it's eerie and starts to seem like everyone is on it. But in reality, it's just your mind is looking for it to the exclusion of all other numbers. I'm pretty sure that's all that's happening here with the number 17. Even if Q is 100% real, I think most of this number stuff is our minds playing tricks on us.

I think the fact that he didn't pardon them, or himself/his family, is very telling. I don't think he's going anywhere.
