At least “Buckle up” is a prediction of effect. Okay, sure, “Brown sugar is just regular sugar with molasses in it.” I didn’t need to buckle up, but I don’t mind you assuming it would rock my world. It just didn’t.

“Sink” and “Chew” are both specifying how I should process the data.

“Take this bar of soap...”

Okay, sure, I’ll take it...
