They all were allowed to enter DC. But will they be allowed out and able to enter the Republic?
The 14th amendment section 3 states that anyone have committed treason or insurrection looses the rights of citizenship.
That's why congress never certified the results. As far as I can tell, there are only a handful of congressmen.
And why when Biden put his hand on that Bible and Roberts administered the oath, it was a mockery of something quite sacred. Only the chief justice and president elect can do that. And there were none of those around.
