This is it. Now that they are Constitutionally prohibited from rejecting the case due to standing, flanding, laches, blatches, et.al., we just need the writ of quo warranto presented by the military under the super-constitutional authority of FEMA, filed in a court other than the Vatican-controlled foreign jurisdiction courts within our borders, clearly authorized by the newly rediscovered Anti-FlimFlam Act of 1643. Yeah, that's the ticket!!!
