I seriously doubt he has any real power. They wouldn't even send a government plane to the president elect for his inauguration. Intel refuses to brief him. He's not legitimate and they will give him nothing.

I haven't seen any evidence that Xiden still isn't receiving briefings. The pentagon was holding back in November and December but I don't think they are now.
