I’m sorry is there an answer sheet somewhere? Last I checked nothing was confirmed as being exactly what was meant. You THINK they were times and dates.

Right. Instead, they refer to the war code bullshit. And who is going to actually do anything about it? The military that is now under the cabal's control? Nope. Maybe someone can pull a magic military group out of their ass that the government can't control.
