RSBN when Trump arrived said it was getting sunny thought thought snow and rain but it had gotten better. That was while they were waiting for trump.

They pushed it down the east coast to make sure ops were clear for the day.

You can really feel the wind! I’m sure they laid off the chemtrails for the area quite a bit.
