Start petitioning your local officials to move towards election integrity initiatives. Remember the states make their own rules on elections so they can implement voter ID's and block mail in voting if they want.
It's not over yet but we need a vocal and relentless movement to get these things done.

The local and state governments are way less corrupt than the Federal. They are still mostly populated y regular people so we have a chance to make a difference at these levels, which is why I suggested it.
