By one theory, Clintons, Obamas, etc. were arrested a long time ago and have been since spending their time in Gitmo. But today you saw them at the inauguration, so what gives? My theory is, that the capitol was indeed turned into a makeshift prison camp to carry out the theater of inauguration in order to fool the deep state into believing that they are getting back into power, when in reality it was just a makebelief to lull them into a false sense of security, which leaves them unguarded and open to attack. The guards were necessary to prevent all the criminals from escaping the capitol grounds and were shipped back to Gitmo to await their court martial.
