Yeah, not a fringe, but a solid stripe... seems like a strange detail unless it means something
Okay after doing some research I now believe it is a fringe and not a border. If you look carefully you can see the white stripe behind the yellow fringe. It is not solid.
Thank you for pointing that out. I assumed it was a fringe. I wonder what it means.
