They have scruples, that's why. Thomas and Alito are conservatives and know Biden stole the election. I'm surprised that Kavanaugh and Barret were there. I didn't see Gorsuch but maybe others did. I feel certain and Thomas and Alito would have voted to accept the Texas case due to the unique situation the country found itself in. It was less about them judging who the next president would be and instead looking at the evidence and ruling on it's admissibility, They could have made that determination and kicked it back to the State Supreme Court. None of the Conservative justices stepped up. They could have formed the majority, judged the evidence credible and remanded it back to the State Supreme Courts for disposition. Each state alone would determine the case based on evidence they avoided looking at.
