So many people here have seen talk about Handshake Accounts, those are brand new accounts that have a light colored Icon at the end of their username depicting a handshake.
If in doubt, click on their Username and their history will be visible but more importantly look on the right side of the screen and you will see when they created their acct.

Handshake here...but not a troll. Found this site in desperate search of hope. Learned the word hopium among many others. Please don't rush to judge all of us by the handshake alone. Glad you advised others to read the user history before concluding every handshake is a troll.

The Icon doesn't indicate a Troll, it is just additional 'evidence' if you will, to determine an account is here to do harm.
