Just a thought... Let's say Biden is President for ten days or so, and a Snowden type whistleblower steps forward with a hard drive full of caught-you-red-handed data. The military steps in, removes the Biden admin and all the bad actors, gutting the Democratic party and making it an anathema to the US populace.

Then, as Flynn has suggested, the military conducts an election with an abbreviated campaign period. Trump wouldn't need to run as a Republican since he would not need the massive infrastructure to get on the ballot in all 50 states. He could easily run as the first candidate of the Patriot party. A new party with 'America first' as it's foundational ideal.
