I've got some family in Vermont and man...that's a whacky state. They don't fuck around with their gun rights there, yet still fucking LOVE Bernie...it's such a fucking paradox. I guess you could say they are more libertarian than anything...as one of my cousins put it "Give me my gun, my weed, and leave me the fuck alone." Then when I ask about Bernie he just says "Yeah, he hasn't taken either of those away so I'm cool with him."
Again, it is technically possible but you would if you bring a lawsuit and lose (which is very likely what would happen), you would be left footing the bill for lawyer fees and court costs. If OP has the money to lose, I'd say go ahead and try it, but let's be honest, most people can't take that risk when it's almost a certainty you will lose.
There are only ~18 states that are not "right to work" states, so if you are in a right to work state, there is no chance in hell you could sue an employer because you are free to quit if you do not agree. If in those states that are not right to work, such as California or New York, I still don't think it would be a viable option.
So in short...if you DO live in one of those 18 states it's technically possible, but VERY VERY unlikely.

Trump is back in office. If I knew I had an eternity in hell waiting for me, I'd fight tooth and nail to stop it as well.
He can put Pence on trial for treason, and when he is convicted, that will allow GEOTUS to hand pick another VP. It says in the constitution that if the VP passes away, is incarcerated, or is not fit for the job, the President can replace said VP. When Pence is convicted of treason, all 3 of those boxes may be checked off, although I doubt he'd get the death penalty, but he will be incarcerated and in doing so will be proven not fit for the job.
Q is telling us the plan is finally coming together, so there is no more need for him to post. Trump will soon be back in the White House (By early March), the DEMONKKKRATS will be shown to be baby eating killers, they will all be arrested and thrown in jail, along with many others.

I've posted this elsewhere, but the President has more than one plane. Some rural airports are not designed to be able to safely land the behemoth in the top photo, so they take the smaller plane on those occasions. Trump did this as well on many occasions. Seriously man, this is NOT the hill to die on.
