We take out the extra 'period' there and we have a real succinct description of our circumstances. I suggest the following edit to OPs title:

"Biden didn't win the election period. Yet the period was irregularily extended and massively suspicious amounts of inherently prone to malfeasance 'absentee ballots' were submitted and accepted, received literally zero scrutiny or honest verification - which rocketed the massively underpreforming/underwhelming/unpopular candidate into a "legally uncontestable" lead."

Bit of a mouth-full... Then again I'm sure our new VP approves.
