For anybody interested in talking shop on the climate check this out.. I'm pretty sure this is Snow White referenced in Post 576.. It's interesting because it's indicated that the same series of technologies developed over the past 30 years to observe surface temperatures of the planet also allow for pinpoint manipulation of those temps using satellite emitted microwave radiation.. and apparently the ability to manipulate got turned off today..
