Politics is not your 24/7 life, nor should it be. Spending all of this time on the internet is not a successful life, even right now during the scam-demic.
Hug your spouse. Text your kids. Enjoy your work. Go to church.
Go camping, play a board game, ride a bike, read something apolitical, do yard work.
Nothing is healthy if it's all you do. It's okay to not visit this site for a day or two. Breathe, and know that what happens in your house is more important than what happens in the White House.
It has been a stressful couple of months. Breathe and enjoy the company of others in real life.
I've been saying this for months! If you stare at the keyboard/screen all day, every day, you will disappear down a rabbit hole. It's made much worse now due to lack of sports, movies, etc - but it's ALSO made worse by the fact that many patriots are boycotting 'everything' - MSM, football, basketball, etc. Even though MSM is bad, it's still OK to watch a comedy show, or a nature documentary, or a music show ... a good dose of distraction, very healthy. And finally - we've been here before - we had Obama in 2009, Clinton in 1993. It may seem like the sky is falling now, but we lived past 1993, and 2009. And Biden is not as scary as Obama!
