What source can you guys provide on the 1871 Corp of USA thing people talk about? I can't find any records, laws, registers, etc.

I think it is an interesting topic. War Castles or blogs/html 1998 websites don't necessarily convince me. I want to see the bonefide sources.

I asked a similar question yesterday, lol. The most confusing thing on my end is how far and wide the Act covers. What happens with laws passed in Congress after 1871? Will Social Security and Medicare policies be affected? Will it affect states that are found after 1871 (e.g. Hawaii)? To that end I don't really know, sorry.

If it would affect SSN and Medicare, I'm sure POTUS would make sure those who need it are covered.
