Well it can’t get thrown out of a court. A jury would have to hear the case. It also goes to the front of the line as far as cases go. All evidence would be heard.

I think this is what the SC has been waiting for and why they never did throw out the last 3 pending cases. All of the evidence from those cases could be brought into this one.

In order to use the Writ of Quo Warranto option, Biden had to be sworn in first, which is what we just saw happen.

I’m not sure if the Trump team is tracking or not but this definitely seems like a viable legal option here and one that would be worked out rather quickly.
