Check out Castle Rock, Minnesota, MS-20 Nike Missile Site. Its 30 minute drive south of Ft Snelling... where we saw so many C130 transport to/from DC.

Both Snelling and MS-20 are located on one of the few unorganized territories located within the Continental US and, there, has limited Constituional authority like Guantanamo.

Additionally, Ft Snelling is one of 27 JAG / LOD divisions. MS-20 has a network of underground facilities, originally to support the now defunct Nike Missile program.
