I just want to note when they say Foundation build Huber. Foundation is a reference to Isaac Asimovs' series about psychohistory which is the basically the science of prediction and influencing the future. They are literally looking ahead to to the future and making plans based on. Everyone slept on Huber is he about to come back to the forefront?
