May I ask you a question FemalePatriot? Please forgive me, I am an older pede. You used the phrasing "the fact that Spain seen it 10...." Are you aware it should be "had seen it"? I notice with my 25 yo son that he uses tenses like you do. It seems that the younger generation was not taught tenses in the same way the older generation was. I am just interested in your perspective on this. Sorry for being off-topic, and I mean NO disrespect at all. It seems to be a generational thing. I can't ask my son, he would think I was being critical, which I try not to be unless it's an important point. Thank you kindly. Older Pede.
How do we know for a fact that Spain seen it 10 hours earlier? I’m trying to question everything right now because I don’t know what to believe.

Either they made a typo which is common on the internet, or it's just slang.
