I'm not good with the developer tools, but wondering if a dig through the HTML on the deleted WH page may give us some sort of revision history?

I posted news articles saying it was signed late in the day on 19 Jan. That gets us very close.

I just read a blurb, no link, from John Solomon who confirmed that Fisagate/Obamagate HAS been declassified (but not yet dropped) and that he expected it to come out tomorrow (Friday). Take that for what it's worth.
