I live in Spain and I don't recall anything about an 11 hour early inauguration. That said I would've been asleep at the time more or less, and I wasn't expecting it to be on then. So if it was on TV, I would've missed it. That would've mean they televised the inauguration on Spanish television at 7am, which seems like a ridiculous thing to do, and I haven't heard anything about that over here... That said I don't really watch Spanish news but I haven't heard anyone talk about it.
