Look at Dan Scavino photos. The wallpaper looks to have been updated and is the same as what you see in the Biden photo.
The whole structure of the office looks different. Look at the height of the woodwork on the wall.
But the Resolute Desk looks the same.

Looks like the trump picture is the right wallpaper. From pictures ive found, its been the stripes since obama switched them in 2010.
