does anyone remember how Trump had a second swearing in inauguration possibly in March of 2016? I vaguely remember it but it seems its been memory holed... can anyone confirm if this really happened?

The election was Nov/16. He was sworn in Jan /17. On March 3, 2017 he made a speech at congress saying we are starting a new chapter of American greatness today. In June of 2018 he made a ‘ business’ visit to England to meet the Queen. This is when he walked in front of her. Many thinking this is when he dissolved our contract with the British Empire. When it was to take place, not sure. But, this past fall he stated he signed something no one knows about, that was to take place January of 2021.
