Interestingly enough, the Federal Register's website has yet to publish president Joe Biden's executive orders. Caould this be a sign a military control?

SCOTUS set precedent when denying Trump his EO to rescind DACA.

Highly doubt Biden's EOs that nullify Trump's orders will go through... But that depends on SCOTUS, of course.
