initially I thought it was camera angle as well (I'm a video editors, with 20 years of experience), but if you actually watch the entire footage, at the end, the camera pull back to show the whole thing, it remains in timeline version 2
I just don't think this is a camera angle issue. Look at the entire crowd between the two camera angles. There are only 3 people that I am certain are in both: Joe, Jill, and (I think) Hallie Biden. Watch the whole minute or so of video. My eyes are telling me its not the same crowd.

Exactly, you cannot see another person who were the same between the 2 versions except those 3, notice the masks in the crowd. different masks.
Also notice the girl in pink, is actually in front of the woman I labelled with green arrow.
Camera angle or not, it wouldn't change where people are positioned in my little knowledge lol
